Post-midnight off topic post. Who is Ibragim Todashev and why was he killed by the FBI during an interrogation over the Tsarnev brothers?

You should watch Rachel Maddow more. She was talking about this last summer, IIRC. Either way, it does call for some investigation, and not by the FBI internal review. They seem to think every shooting by the bureau is Okey Dokey.

That's not to say they haven't dropped the ball. No clear answers yet.

There's a reason they aren't touching this story: the "big bad G-men brutally abusing their power" angle has almost no basis in fact, it's just circumstantial evidence in a scene that has no logical meaning or outcome. I am in no way a fan of the government or law enforcement brutality, but this is just another conspiracy theory that Alex Jones and InfoWars will use to drum up rating and money.

Did InfoWars cover this? I'm not a regular visitor to that site, but I've noticed Ben Swann covers the same sort of stuff. When I posted about the blood and saliva traffic stops, anal searches, vaginal search, etc. I get it from this guy. I don't pay attention to the crazy sounding conspiracies like aliens and chemtrails and all that crap. Swann focuses on more legit stories with credible sources.

They did, quite extensively in fact. Here's a selection of articles from their website:

This video was also uploaded on Alex Jones's YouTube Channel.
Don't get me wrong, we need people like Alex Jones out there to question our government and keep it honest, but I definitely am not a fan of their smugness and self-assurance that they are infallible and know exactly what happened and why. That's why I kind of like Swann, he's at least objective, but this whole thing just reeks of another government conspiracy in the making.

Damnnn. I had no idea. I totally agree about journalists that keep the government in check. That stuff is fascinating. And I couldn't agree more about the smugness and self-assurance. Any time I listen to Jones's stuff, it's usually an interesting story but that damn smugness gets in the way of it all.
